Rockin' for the Reptiles

The parking lot on the corner of Elm and Somonauk Streets in Sycamore will be turning into a reptile zone! With live music by Jazz in Progress and Garage Orchestra, food trucks, games & crafts, and of course LIVE REPTILES, everyone is going to have a blast! Join us for our annual reptile festival, all proceeds benefit our live animal care! Admission to the event includes admission to the Museum for the whole day, free games and prizes, crafts, and entertainment for the whole family.

Nature Sleuths - What is Conservation?

Members: $5, Non-members: $8

An after school nature club is perfect for inquisitive minds! Club participants will work together to solve mysteries about the natural world through weekly themes, and hands-on experiments. Every time you join in on the fun, you’ll get a stamp on one of our Club cards; get 5 and earn a Club badge! Ages 6-10. This program lasts approximately 45 minutes-1 hour.

This week during Nature Sleuth’s, we’ll be addressing the topic of CONSERVATION, why it’s necessary, and what can be done by US to help save our planet.
